Abstract: Customer Journey Mapping helps to tell the story of customers’ experiences when they consume certain services. They consist of sets of events, called touchpoints that follow one another and come with attributes associated with them. In this talk we will explore how data science, and in particular Process Mining, can be combined with Customer Journeys to offer useful insights, from segmentation all the way to prediction.
